WHERE IS THE ATELIER LOCATED?

We are located in Downtown Vancouver, steps away from Gastown, Crosstown and the downtown financial district. We are the only Vancouver boutique that specializes in wedding accessories.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes. We are an appointment-only private showroom in Vancouver, BC. Wedding accessory appointments are scheduled one-on-one to provide a personalized experience. We want to make sure you have our undivided attention when choosing the finishing touches for your look. Appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes.

Walk-ins are unlikely to be accepted as we are a working studio, and if we are in production - we are unable to accommodate last minute appointments. Please feel free to give us a call, or send us an email, and we will do our best to find a time that works for you!

WILL YOU BE SELLING GOWNS OR WEDDING OUTFITS?

No, we do not have any wedding dresses or wedding outfits in our studio. We are a bridal accessories only showroom. Luckily, downtown Vancouver has so many beautiful gown boutiques, most of them conveniently located right near us.

what should I bring to my appointment?

You will be trying on bridal accessories, so come with your hair styled in a similar fashion to how you want to wear it on your wedding day. Not sure how you want to style your hair, or what you want to do with it? That’s what we are here for! Come with an open mind. We also encourage you to come in wearing a neckline that is similar to your wedding gown, if you don’t have that - a plain scoop neck shirt works.

Who should I bring with me to my appointment?

This is a personal choice, but most people come alone, or will bring 1-2 loved ones whose opinion they value the most. We are a small bridal studio and do have to limit the amount of guests you bring with with you. If you need to bring more people, or are shopping for your bridesmaids’ jewelry, please reach out to us at info@simone-martin.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is there on site parking?

Unfortunately, being Downtown Vancouver, parking is limited, so we do not have any complimentary parking. We are lucky enough to be located close to several metered parking spaces, and paid parking lots. We are also only a few blocks away from the Waterfront Train Station.

How long do the pieces take to make?

Our wedding accessories are made-to-order, and follow the same timeline as represented on our website, and with our stockists. We pride ourselves in this model, as it is the most sustainable way to purchase your bridal veil and jewelry. Good things take time, but we are always happy to fulfill rush orders when possible, so please get in touch, no matter your wedding date.

How far in advance should I book. my appointment?

You should make your wedding accessory appointment once you have decided on your gown, as this gives us a better idea on how to style your entire look. It is much easier to pick an accessory after you have your gown. Ideally, we recommend booking your appointment at least 8 weeks out from your wedding or hair trial, but the sooner the better. If you do not have that much time, don’t worry! We will do everything we can to accommodate rush brides.

Can I bring my wedding gown to the appointment?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a change room.

Can I take photos of the accessories?

Yes, we welcome and encourage taking photos!
